Barbara O’Connell Chief Executive of ABI Ireland and Sam Fleming who suffered an Acquired Brain Injury after falling off his bicycle, were interviewed today on the Afternoon Show on RTE. They are reminding people of the importance of wearing their helmets.

Sam is living in an ABI Ireland Assisted Living Residence in Clare. Currently two houses are being built to accommodate the clients of both our residences in Ennis. Mind Your Head Campaign Launched to raise awareness of Acquired Brain Injury in Ireland
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is a silent epidemic which affects more than 10,000 people in Ireland every year and its victims are often left without vital support services which would ensure that they could continue to live independent lives, the CEO of the Peter Bradley Foundation said today.
